Featuring large windows with southern and western exposure, high ceilings and exposed beams, this studio is set up in boardroom style and is great for business meetings, training sessions or just as extra space if you booked any other of the adjacent studios: Meeting Space In Midtown, Meeting Room New York City, Conference Room New York City, New York Conference Space and Midtown Event Space.

Pricing

Set Up/Cleaning Fee: $39

Minimum Rental Time: 4 Hours

Up to 12 People: $60/hr

Doorman service: $50/hr

*Mandatory for any event time after 10:00PM

 

Party rules: We provide trash bags. Renter is responsible to dump all liquids into the sink and collect all trash. Leave trash bags inside the studio by the door.

Leaking trash bags cost $50 each.

No confetti or glitter usage is allowed, $250 fine applies.

No taping or gluing on walls. Paint repair jobs cost $250 and up.
