Meeting Room In Midtown is perfect business event space, Its our freshly renovated studio, located in the heart of the Garment district, has wonderful natural light. Available for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, also ideal for showrooms. We have 60+ comfortable chairs available plus couches and seating areas. Seating for up to 60 people in theater style set up, 40 people with chair and tables set up, networking event for up to 60 people. We have up to 9 professional 6-foot office tables in the main space and various conference table options in the adjoining conference spaces. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed. We also offer up to 13 clothing racks.
Pricing: Set up cleaning fee $99 ($295 for parties), 2-hour minimum
Up to 25 People: $175/hr
26-40 People: $200/hr
41-55 People: $225/hr
56-70 People: $250/hr
71-85 People :$275/hr
Party Rate: $350/hr, set up and cleaning rate for parties $295
Doorman service mandatory for any events after 10:00PM, $50/hr
Party rules: We provide trash bags. Renter is responsible to dump all liquids into the sink and collect all trash. Leave trash bags inside the studio by the door.
Leaking trash bags cost $50 each.
No confetti or glitter usage is allowed, $250 fine applies.
No taping or gluing on walls. Paint repair jobs cost $250 and up.
