Featuring a large window with southern exposure, high ceilings and exposed beams, this space is great for a smaller business meetings or training sessions, or as extra space if you booked any other of the other adjacent studios: Meeting Space In Midtown, Conference Room New York City, New York Conference Space, Meeting Room in Midtown and Midtown Event Space.
Set Up/Cleaning Fee: $39
Minimum Rental Time: 4 Hours
Up to 6 People: $50/hr
Doorman service: $50/hr
*Mandatory for any event time after 10:00PM
Party rules: Renter is responsible to dump all liquids into the sink and collect all trash. Leave trash bags inside the studio by the door. Leaking trash bags cost $50 each.
No confetti or glitter usage is allowed, $250 fine applies. No taping or gluing on walls.
