This newly renovated space is located in a historic factory building in the heart of up-and-coming Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our unique property is fully furnished with multiple lounge areas, a full kitchen, bar area, a small stage, and even 2 bedrooms that can sleep 6 for overnight stays. The property is also chock full of a wide variety of entertainment including: a pool table, a ping pong table, a stage, dart boards, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, two 72" art TV's, one 98" media room TV, a bar area, and free WiFi.
Needless to say, the space is perfect for a wide variety of events and we would love to be considered for yours! Some examples of types of events for the space include, but are not limited to: bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate mixers, birthday celebrations, product launches, concerts, family reunions, stand-up comedy shows, fundraisers, cooking parties, production/photoshoots, and even the option to include overnight stays. Outside food and drink are allowed to be brought in without an extra fee.
***PLEASE NOTE*** The space is still undergoing some renovations but will be completed and ready for booking by November 23rd, 2023. We are more than happy to have an in person tour of the space with bookers until more images can be uploaded of the final product!
