New York Conference Space is located in the heart of the Garment district. It is freshly renovated and has great natural light and amenities. 10 comfortable chairs included. We can also remove furniture from the spaces if needed.
Price Details
Pricing: Set up/ cleaning fee $39, 4-hour minimum
Party rules: Renter is responsible to dump all liquids into the sink and collect all trash. Leave trash bags inside the studio by the door. Leaking trash bags cost $50 each.
No confetti or glitter usage is allowed, $250 fine applies. No taping or gluing on walls.
