Conference Room New York City is a clean-lined industrial loft space with modern functionality. Featuring large windows with southern exposure, high ceilings and exposed beams, this studio is set up in board room style and is great for business meeting, training sessions or just as extra space if you booked any other of the adjacent studios: Meeting Space In Midtown, Meeting Room New York City, New York Conference Space, Meeting Room in Midtown and Midtown Event Space.
Set Up/Cleaning Fee: $39
Minimum Rental Time: 4 Hours
Up to 17 People: $70/hr
Doorman service: $50/hr
*Mandatory for any event time after 10:00PM
Party rules: Renter is responsible to dump all liquids into the sink and collect all trash. Leave trash bags inside the studio by the door. Leaking trash bags cost $50 each.
No confetti or glitter usage is allowed, $250 fine applies. No taping or gluing on walls.
