Nestled on a charming cobblestone street in the West Village, this multi-level storefront event space is a spacious 1,500 sf gallery with 35 ft ceilings. It can be rented with a 1,000 sf mezzanine and lounge, a DJ room overlooking the entire venue, and an office space that can be used for storage or as a back-of-house area.
The West Village event space is street - level and has seamless drive-in access. It can be rented with or without the classic cars, adding a unique touch to your event. From American classics like a 1957 Ford Thunderbird to European exotics such as a 1973 Ferrari Daytona, you can choose cars to display.
The venue is in a free-standing building and can accommodate amplified music, making it uniquely suitable for social events, cocktail parties, dance parties, and listening parties. The vibrant foot traffic and visibility in this prime West Village neighborhood, as well as the venue’s retail facade, make it ideal for retail pop-ups, gallery exhibits, showrooms, fashion presentations, and product launches.
Recent events hosted at West Village event space have included Law and Order's Holiday Party, Vanity Fair's launch of HBO's Angels in America, Sunglass Hut Summer Block Party, Keihl’s Men’s product launch, Buckler Jeans 2004 collection fashion show, Lou Reed's book launch, the annual AICPA directors dinner, The New Yorker kickoff party to their Arts Festival, and the New Yorkers Against Gun Violence benefit in honor of Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy, among others.
Can be rented together with Lounge Event Space and Garage Event Space directly across the street for a total of 5000 sq ft.
