Versatile Event Space is a 1200 sq. foot customizable space just off Union Square, elegantly furnished with two coat closets, on-premise bathroom and prep area. Whether to work, display, dine or meet, bring your guests for a warm and intimate experience.
Can be combined with Exposed Brick Loft for a total capacity of 225 people.

Price Details
Hourly fee $350/hr
Extra hr between 12am to 8am $400/hr
10 hr bundle (btw 8am and 12am) $2750
All day rental (from 8am to 12am) $3500
Mandatory cleaning service fee $100
Admin fee 5%

- Events from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM $550 per hour
- Extra hour between 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM $575 per hour
- 10 hour Bundle (between 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM) $5,000
- All Day Rental (from 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM) $6,500
- Mandatory cleaning service fee $200
- 6 hour minimum required for all events

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum rental?
We require 4 hours minimum per rental and the time of the booking needs to include set up and break down of the event.
Are we allowed to bring our own catering/liquor?
- You can self – cater for up to 50 people and have a COI with beverage coverage issued. A caterer with a license is mandatory for parties over 50 ppl.
- If you are using a caterer, they must provide a liquor license and COI
- We can also recommend caterers that we particularly like.
How late is the venue available?
12am with an extra hour until 1am for clean up.
