About Union Square Studio
Union Square Studio is a breathtaking loft with 15’ ceilings, exposed brick wall, phenomenal daylight, and many amenities, including a sound system, wifi, AV equipment, in-house furniture, a catering kitchen, and much more. Bring your vision or ask for our help to coordinate your event from A to Z.
Union Square Studio and Union Square Loft can be rented together as the Private Event Space offering a combined 5,000 sq. ft. and accommodating up to 550 guests.

$450 per hour (6 hours min)
10 hr bundle(btw 8am – 12am) $3500
All day rental(from 8am-12am) $4500
Mandatory cleaning service fee $250

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum rental?
We require 6 hours minimum per rental and the time of the booking needs to include set up and break down of the event.
Are we allowed to bring our own catering/liquor?
- You can self – cater for up to 50 people and have a COI with beverage coverage issued. A caterer with a license is mandatory for parties over 50 ppl.
- If you are using a caterer, they must provide a liquor license and COI
- We can also recommend caterers that we particularly like.
How late is the venue available?
12am with an extra hour until 1am for clean up.
