What is your minimum rental?

We require 6 hours minimum per rental and the time of the booking needs to include set up and break down of the event.

Are we allowed to bring our own catering/liquor?

You can self – cater for up to 50 people and have a COI with beverage coverage issued. A caterer with a license is mandatory for parties over 50 ppl.
If you are using a caterer, they must provide a liquor license and COI
We can also recommend caterers that we particularly like.

How late is the venue available?

12am with an extra hour until 1am for clean up.
