This affordable 800 ft studio is located one block from Union Square. The space is ideal for meditation, movement classes, workshops and meetings, headshots, interviews, screenings, pop-up events, art shows, fashion fittings, intimate dinners, and more. There are also three small rooms for private practice (additional fees). BYOB and outside catering is allowed.

Mon- Thurs - $150 per hour (2 hours minimum) +$100 cleaning fee.

Fri-Sun- $175 per hour (2 hours minimum) + $125 cleaning fee.

Additional Fees

Private Rooms - $40 per hour

Serving Food and/or Alcohol - $100

Extra furniture available upon request
