Custom tailored to your event needs, the room can accommodate up to 150 people in a theater setting, 107 in classroom style, 74 in pods, 36 in a boardroom layout, and 200 for a reception.
The space features the Crestron app for total meeting room control, including Zoom Room and telephone conferencing, accessible via a wall-mounted iPad. A 137″ 4K laser projector, in-ceiling speakers, and digital signage displays are available for presentations and branding.
The room is equipped with HD video conferencing, two Aver USB PTZ cameras with 12x optical zoom, and lavalier and handheld wireless microphones upon request. Additional amenities include a front-of-house stage, lecterns, mobile glassboards, modern sustainable laminate conference tables with in-table charging ports and power, ergonomic signature conference chairs, and 1GB WiFi & wired Ethernet connectivity. Catering packages ranging from Bronze to Platinum are also available.
