The room is equipped with HD video conferencing, two Aver USB PTZ cameras with 12x optical zoom, and lavalier and handheld wireless microphones upon request. Additional amenities include a front-of-house stage, lecterns, mobile glassboards, modern sustainable laminate conference tables with in-table charging ports and power, ergonomic signature conference chairs, and 1GB WiFi & wired Ethernet connectivity.
