Event Space in Brooklyn is located in Greenpoint, minutes from Lower Manhattan. It features a massive 6000 sq ft, 450 - person event loft with a wrap-around bar, industrial-sized windows, 12 ft ceilings, skylights, exposed brick, rustic beams, a large screen, a private entrance with elevator access, Meyer Sound Lab Sound System and many other high-end amenities. There is also an additional 12,000 sq ft inclusive of 4 newly built Cyclorama rooms including a green screen cyc room, kitchen, dressing rooms as well as a private 72-seat movie theater/screening room.
This versatile space is perfect for keynote presentations and large gatherings. It can be used for content production, summer day parties, movie nights day camps, 4th of July parties, New York Fashion Week shows, Halloween parties, thanksgiving celebrations, holiday parties, expos, pop-up shops, weddings, screenings, conferences, podcasts, and more. Meetings – $300 per hour (5 hr min), 10% discount for 8 hr + bookings, up to 45 ppl.
Productions – $350 per hour (5 hr min), 10% discount for 8 hr + bookings, up to 75 ppl
Events – $600 per hour (8 hr min), 450 ppl,
