Your custom quote will include the space rental based on your rental activity and number of guests, as well as a standard cleaning fee and a Casa Manager fee. We will send you the quote prior to booking the space.
We will provide the location of the space once a space visit has been organized or the booking has been confirmed. Otherwise, we can provide the cross streets for reference.
Our pricing is tiered based on two main factors: your guest count and the type of booking (production, meeting, event, or showroom). As the number of guests go up, the hourly rate will slightly increase. The starting rates may also vary based on the type of booking. All variations in pricing is to dark ensure that all risks and management are covered in proportion to the complexity and size of your booking. We will always disclose all fees associated for you to review prior to confirming a booking with you.
Yes – we require a COI for all productions, offsite meetings, and events. For Private Events, our Booking Team can assist you in obtaining a cost-effective COI for your event. We have worked extensively with a couple of online platforms that offer reliable and reasonably-priced Certificates of Insurance. As the person renting a space, you will have a series of legal responsibilities by default such as preventing any personal injury or property damage liabilities. Having a COI can help you protect yourself against potential liabilities as a space renter.
Yes, Corporate Offsite Venue is an ADA-compliant space, with street-level entrance and wheelchair/handicapped accessibility.
Yes, we can coordinate full catering for your booking. Our Concierge team can also help you coordinate additional rentals or activities for your event or offsite, or coffee and snacks for the crew. We work with a hyper-diverse pool of local vendors, for varying budgets. It’s part of our mission.
Moving furniture, decor and artwork is permitted only in the presence of the Casa Manager, and previously approved by the Operations Team, as some items may be delicate and at risk of damage. Additionally, certain high-profile art pieces may require specialized Art Handlers for safe moving and storage. If you’re planning to move any artwork or to make significant layout changes, please notify our Operations Team to ensure proper planning.
Yes, we have a full list of the available kitchenware and appliances, as well as some photos that we can share. Please ask your Booking Manager for more information.
Yes! We will be more than happy to show you the space before you confirm your reservation. Make sure to discuss days and times that work for you with your Booking Manager, and they will make sure to arrange a site visit with someone from the team.

We have 3 private conference rooms: 1 large conference room, 1 “material” room, 1 small conference room. They are equipped with TVs and a PA speaker with bluetooth mics.
Yes, we provide a wireless printer for your convenience, making it easy to print documents as needed. Please, notify our Operations team in case the usage of the print is necessary for prior arrangements.

Yes, there are Sonos speakers and tower speakers installed throughout the space, providing high-quality sound for presentations and meetings.
