Brooklyn Kitchen is a 3,600 square foot renovated brownstone located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Originally built in 1868, the home blends preserved architectural details with modern updates, creating a residential setting suitable for small events, off-site meetings, and production shoots.
The main level centers around an open chef’s kitchen that flows directly onto an outdoor deck overlooking a private backyard. The natural layout allows for indoor-outdoor use, making it practical for workshops, intimate gatherings, filmed content, and lifestyle shoots.
The property includes:
High-capacity WiFi, Sonos speakers, two smart TVs, central air conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer support both production teams and hosted events. The layout offers multiple visual backdrops within a single location, from the chef’s kitchen to the garden-facing deck and classic brownstone interiors.
Located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, the property is accessible via Kingston–Throop Avenues, Utica Avenue, and Nostrand Avenue stations, with free street parking available nearby. The space allows easy load-in, though it is not ADA accessible.
Brooklyn Kitchen works well for team off-sites, creative workshops, small private gatherings, photo and video shoots, and residential-style brand activations.
