Flex Event Space is a versatile 5,000 sq. ft. venue, newly renovated in 2023, located in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. This unique space combines speakeasy vibes with houghtfully designed interior.
The venue boasts a wide array of entertainment options, including a pool table, stage, two dart boards, a vintage Pac-Man arcade machine, two 72" art TVs, a 93" media room TV, and a selection of games.
Adorned with custom carpentry, adjustable lighting fixtures, and a t Flex Event Space provides a perfect blend of sophistication and fun. The venue can be rented in full or divided into two separate 2,500 sq. ft. spaces, making it adaptable for events of all sizes.
The space is great for: bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, production/photo shoots, corporate mixers, product launches, concerts, family reunions, meetings, stand-up comedy shows, fundraisers, cooking parties, and even the option to include overnight stays.

Our pricing structure is based upon the total amount of guests and the day of the week: $150- $450/hour. Please inquire about pricing by sending a message to the venue manager through Event Spaces NY. The cleaning fee is paid directly to the venue as well as the 100% refundable security deposit.
Security personnel is provided by the venue for events with 35 guests or more.

Flex Event Space is our newly renovated space is located in a historic factory building in the heart of up incoming Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our unique property is fully furnished with multiple lounge areas, a full kitchen, bar area, a small stage, and even 2 bedrooms that can sleep 6 for overnight stays.
