A 1,800 square foot, white-brick gallery on the first floor features 15' ceilings, 13' drive-in garage, grey concrete floors, and gallery lighting. Included is a small outdoor patio and a kitchen with a fridge & oven.
Our street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height — ready to display art or host modern vows. The central Williamsburg location is ideal for pop-ups, sample sales, holding, or private openings.
This space can be rented with Vintage Loft with Roof Deck.

Free on-site parking – we have 1 care space blocked off on the one-way street in front of our building. There are 2 parking garages within a 1 block radius. Free street parking.

Rental time starts when you or any member of your crew enters the building and ends when completely vacated. Just a reminder, we’re only open by appointment. If you have any vendors involved make sure to schedule all deliveries, setups or pickup only during your rental window.

Under no circumstances are guests, equipment, or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Productions may shoot beyond decked roof area by submitting a protection plan to protect surface and ensures crew safety. Plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck.
We will make our best attempt to return any lost items. However, we are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. Ensure you and your guests remove everything before leaving the building, we have cleaners who will remove unidentified items from the building without consultation. We suggest retrieving left items within 24 hours of event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
