This waterfront venue is set directly on the shoreline of the Long Island Sound, and is designed around sweeping water views. The ocean is the focal point of every main living space and three of the four bedrooms, creating a setting where the horizon is always in sight.

Inside, the living room features soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a sunken conversation area centered around the fireplace—an architectural focal point that opens the space while framing the water beyond.

Outside, a wide wooden deck surrounds a pristine pool positioned at the edge of the property, creating the illusion that the water drops straight into the Sound. An additional overlook deck extends toward the shoreline, offering one of the most dramatic vantage points on the property—perfect for filming sunset dinners or waterfront scenes. A private path provides direct access to the beach.
