Tribeca Event Space is an airy loft at the vibrant intersection of SoHo and TriBeCa, featuring tall ceilings, exposed brick, and elegant wood floors. This versatile space is ideal for intimate meetings, photo and video shoots, VIP and press events, dinners, or art exhibitions. Enjoy the views of the historic landmark architecture that defines the neighborhood.
Convenient amenities include an elevator for easy equipment transport. Please note, additional charges apply for photo/video equipment, events serving alcohol, production services, furniture, and gatherings exceeding 10 people.

Events – $250 Per Hour (5 hr min)
Holding – $120 per hour (5 hr min)
For events going past midnight an additional $2k fee is applied
For full use of the kitchen, an additional $2.5k fee is applicable
