All events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event. If you have deliveries, we can only receive them an hour before the event. No Glassware can be used in the space. No Smoking. No Loud Noises. No Alcohol Selling. No Open Flames. No Cooking. No Adult Filming. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Pets allowed (must present a Rabies certificate upon arrival) You are permitted to use the kitchen to get coffee, tea, and water. Ages 21+ Security cameras and recording devices There are surveillance cameras to ensure the security of our guests and the equipment in the venue. The entire premises are secured and under 24-hour video surveillance.
