Rules
General Rules
- No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on-site.
- All rental equipment must be removed no later than half an hour after your event’s ending time.
- All events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.
- If you have deliveries, we can only receive them an hour before the event.
- No Glassware can be used in the space.
- No Smoking.
- No Loud Noises.
- No Alcohol Selling.
- No Open Flames.
- No Cooking.
- No Adult Filming.
- No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
- Pets allowed (must present a Rabies certificate upon arrival)
- You are permitted to use the kitchen to get coffee, tea, and water.
Ages 21+
Security cameras and recording devices
There are surveillance cameras to ensure the security of our guests and the equipment in the venue. The entire premises are secured and under 24-hour video surveillance.
