About the Space
This is a 2500 square foot raw space available for video shoots, photo shoots, and events. The space also comes with an adjacent 72 square foot ramp that makes for a cool side room.
The gym measures 50 feet long, 50 feet wide, and 13.5 feet high.
Raw Space in Bushwick, located beneath a church, was abandoned in the 1970s. From October 2018 through April 2019, the space was renovated and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is raw and industrial, including a retro paint job, a wall of brick, old basketball hoops, and a tiled tin ceiling. The floor is the original concrete, currently not finished, with small pocks and unevenness throughout.
Price Details
$110 +/ hr (2 hours minimum)
On weekday evenings after 6pm, our hourly rate is $120 per hour.
On weekends between 6pm Friday and 6am Monday, our hourly rate is $130 per hour.
For groups of 20 and below, the price remains the same. For each additional group of 20 up to a maximum of 120 people, $5 per hour is added. For example, a group of 60 comes with an additional fee of $10 per hour.
10 folding chairs and 3 tables are complimentary. If the renter would like to use more tables and chairs than this, up to a maximum of 50 folding chairs and 9 tables, an additional fee of $75 is added.
Rental of our movie projector costs $150. Rental of our movie screen costs $50. Rental of our bluetooth speaker costs $25. Additional add-ons, such as lighting gear, fog machines, and coat racks, are available for similarly priced small fees, and can be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
