Noise and Music: Noise Levels: Music and amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances. All loud music should end by [time], unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Sound Equipment: Only venue-approved sound systems may be used, or any third-party equipment must be checked and tested before use.
Alcohol and Catering
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may only be served by licensed and insured bartenders. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure that alcohol is not served to minors.
Catering Services: All food services must be provided by venue-approved or licensed vendors. Outside catering is allowed only with prior approval.
