About NYC Storefront
Welcome to our NYC Storefront in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village!
It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV,
art collection, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for
art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects.
Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft,
Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others.
Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters.
A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details
are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of
museum quality paintings and photographs.
Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner,
benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang
& Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are
complimentary and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them.
Of course, you may bring your own equipment and furniture.
We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure that your guests are enjoying an unforgettable
special event!
