Our freshly renovated studio has wonderful natural light and stunning NYC views. Available per week, day, half day for photo / video productions,pop-up showrooms, and castings.
We have 35 chairs and stoles available plus a large white leather couch and two white leather chairs. We can seat about a total of 30 people. We have two desks, one round table, four 6'x3' folding tables, one movable 6'x3' desk on rolls and one large 10'x4' dining room table in the conference room. This meeting space in NYC Midtown is perfect for various events. We have parking on the street available on Sundays and several parking garages near our studio for the other days. There are several nice restaurant and cafes within 2 short blocks of our building including Dean and Deluca and Starbucks.

Set Up/Cleaning Fee: $59

11-25 People: $100/hr

Party Rate for up to 50 People: $175/hr
Set Up/Cleaning Fee for Parties: $195
Our pricing starts at $75/hr for small events, photo shoots, film shoots, meetings or seminars with less than 10 people, it is $100/hr for events with 10-24 people and for events with 25 and more people it is $120/hr and if it is a party we do charge $150/hr.
The set up and cleaning fee of $59 is mandatory for all events except for parties where you have the options to clean yourself to leave the studio in the same condition as you found it or pay our cleaning crew to do the full cleaning for $195 so you can walk away from your party without having to clean up.
We do offer discounts for multi-day rentals if the days are consecutive. Since 2024 we are also required to provide a security guard in the lobby for any event which takes place in our studio after the regular building security guard leaves at 11:00PM from Mon-Fri and at 10:00PM on Sat & Sun.
The security guard fee is an additional fee of $50/hr and only applies to the hours of your event which are after the regular security guard leaves. To rent our studio for a party the renter and most of their guest must be at least 25 years old
