Featuring large windows with northern and southern exposure, high ceilings and exposed beams, this space can accommodate a wide range of large events, including corporate presentations, large workshops and seminars, large showrooms, private events and production shoots. With flexible layouts, stunning natural light and a polished aesthetic, Meeting Space NYC delivers versatility without compromise. If you need breakout rooms, you can easily add the two adjacent conference rooms, Studio A (20 People, 450 SF, $ from $80/hr)and Studio B (10 People, 220 SF, $ from $60/hr), to your rental.

Party Guidelines:
Trash bags are provided, and we ask that renters dispose of all liquids in the sink and gather all trash at the end of the event. Please leave filled trash bags just inside the studio door. To maintain the quality of our space, confetti and glitter are not allowed; a $250 cleaning fee will be applied if used. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. For private parties involving alcohol, the renter and most of their guests must be at least 25 years old.
