Meeting Space In Midtown is a clean-lined industrial loft space with modern functionality. Featuring large windows with southern exposure, high ceilings and exposed beams, this space can accommodate a wide range of events, including corporate presentations, workshops and seminars, showrooms, private events and production shoots. With flexible layouts, great natural light and a polished aesthetic, Meeting Space In Midtown delivers versatility without compromise. If you need breakout rooms, you can easily add the variously sized adjacent conference rooms (Studios Meeting Room New York City, Conference Room New York City, New York Conference Space, Meeting Room in Midtown and Midtown Event Space) to your rental.
We are conveniently located only two blocks from the Times Square and 4 blocks from Penn Station. There is free street parking every day after 7:00PM and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. There are also several parking garages in our area. Our neighborhood offers a great selection of restaurants, artisan coffee shops, catering options and mainstream brands like Starbucks and Co. Our venue loft is one of the most beautiful and affordable spots available in Manhattan, and it will help you to impress even the most sophisticated clients and guests. Studio facts: • Multiple meeting and shooting areas, plus multiple break out and conference rooms available, quiet central air conditioned, with 11ft ceilings. The event loft Studio 1401 has about 1,400 sq. ft of open space but also has a welcoming entrance area and up to 5 add-on space options, a 4K Projector & screen, large 75” smart TV, professional 4000W sound system, up to 4 mic system, sample product & album storage and ultra-fast 2000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet. The studio loft is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator, sink, tea kettle, microwave oven and coffee maker. The studio has also two private bathrooms and additional bathrooms are available in the hallway. Studio 1401 is a perfect sales environment for a high-end brands.
The space is equipped with 144" wide seamless paper in black, gray or white. We do have V-flats, white on one side and black on the other (4x8 panels x8) You are more than welcome to bring your own gear, of course. We also offer professional studio strobe system with 4 Westcott strobes including a trigger system and several modifier options for an additional rental fee.
Pricing: Set up cleaning fee $79 ($195 for parties), 2-hour minimum
Up to 10 People: $100/hr
11-25 People: $125/hr
26-40 People: $150/hr
40-70 People: $175/hr
Doorman service: $50/hr
Party Rate: $200/hr, cleaning rate for parties $195
Doorman service after 10:00PM, $50/hr
Party rules: Renter is responsible to dump all liquids into the sink and collect all trash. Leave trash bags inside the studio by the door. Leaking trash bags cost $50 each.
No confetti or glitter usage is allowed, $250 fine applies. No taping or gluing on walls.

Party Guidelines:
Trash bags are provided, and we ask that renters dispose of all liquids in the sink and gather all trash at the end of the event. Please leave filled trash bags just inside the studio door. To maintain the quality of our space, confetti and glitter are not allowed; a $250 cleaning fee will be applied if used. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. For private parties involving alcohol, the renter and most of their guests must be at least 25 years old.
