What is your monthly rate?

Our monthly rate depends on a number of things, like number of people, which space you are going to use (we have two different spaces) and whether you will be doing weekends. It probably makes more sense to speak on the phone and discuss all the relevant details.

Do I Have to Pay a Booking Fee?

We do not charge a booking fee when you make a reservation

Can We Pay the Balance as Check?

Yes, you can pay the balance as a check.

Booking Policies

How can I book the space?

You can book the space by signing an agreement and providing a deposit (50% of the total price).

Can I schedule a site visit before booking?

Yes, sure. We have visit schedule but let us know when is a convenient time for you.

Catering Information

What catering services do you offer?

We offer Great quality Italian food (I can send a menu to your email address if you provide one) or a buffet lunch meal that includes a meat dish, a fish dish, fresh salad and a few sides.
