Our newly renovated venue offers two distinctive spaces designed for exceptional entertaining and memorable events.
The Dinner Party Place is an intimate yet sophisticated setting ideal for hosting and celebrating. Featuring a fully furnished open commercial kitchen and a striking 25-foot King’s Table with seating, this space is perfectly suited for professional chefs, private dinners, small weddings, business meetings, fundraising events, cooking demonstrations, and video or photo shoots. Designed for both comfort and functionality, it creates an elevated atmosphere for curated gatherings of all kinds.
Complementing the indoor experience, the Rooftop Terrace showcases a magnificent landscaped garden and stylish lounge, accommodating up to 200 guests for cocktail-style events. With stunning canyon views of Midtown Manhattan’s Garment District and the iconic Empire State Building, the rooftop offers a seamless blend of vibrant city energy and total privacy—making it ideal for wedding ceremonies, fashion shows, cocktail hours, post-dinner drinks, and special events.

$500 Per Hour (5 hr min)

Staffing:
Venue Management (1 Personnel) $50.00 Per Hour
For the safety of the venue and guests, venue staff are required at a rate of $50/hr per staff member with a minimum 4 hour shift. The venue will determine the number of staff needed based on the event type and guest count. Please note that these staff members are present to represent the building and do not provide event service.
Cleaning $200.00 Per Item
REQUIRED 1 PER FLOOR PER DAY
Basic cleaning, including sweeping and mopping, is included with your rental. To facilitate this, you are responsible for ensuring all trash is properly placed inside the provided bins by the end of your breakdown. Additionally, all decorations must be removed, and all bulky items and boxes must be taken off-site with you.
Please note that if extensive cleaning is required due to, but not limited to, the following reasons, an additional charge of $50 per hour will be billed to the card on file:
Excessive trash left throughout the space
Large, bulky items left behind and not removed from the premises.
Spills and/or significant soiling requiring specialized cleaning.
Decorations and materials left adhered to walls or surfaces
