This elegant 4,000 sq. ft. daylight studio near Union Square in Manhattan is one of the best daylight studios in nyc, and one of the best New York corporate event venues. It boasts 14-foot ceilings, 16 east and south-facing windows, and 2 working kitchens.

The space is perfect for film shoots and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties and elegant weddings, fashion shows, product launches, and celebrity chef demonstrations.

We are a live-work building so we can’t allow loud or live music events. All events must end at midnight.

A rooftop is available at $1,500 per hour.

General Rules

We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios. As a respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. Lastly, we do have a minimum time block of 8 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on weekends in order to rent our spaces.

All sound must go through our in house system (no out side speakers or amplification).

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

50% non refundable deposit due upon booking. Cancellations up to 45 days from date of rental will allow for remaining balance to be voided”.
