About the Space
Conference Room Midtown offers great views of Midtown, lounge spaces, and a fully equipped dedicated recharge area. Custom tailored to your event needs, the room can accommodate up to 400 people in a theater setting, 243 in classroom style, 160 in pods, and 450 for a reception.
The space features a wall system that can subdivide it into three independent rooms, each with its own A/V systems, or it can function as one large room. The Crestron app allows for total meeting room control, including Zoom Room and telephone conferencing, on Wall Mounted iPad.
Four 137″ 4K laser projectors, in-ceiling speakers, and digital signage displays are available for presentations and branding. The room is equipped with HD video conferencing, six Aver USB PTZ cameras with 12x optical zoom, and lavaliers and handheld wireless microphones upon request. Additional amenities include a front-of-house stage, lecterns, mobile glassboards, 1GB WiFi & wired Ethernet connectivity, modern sustainable laminate conference tables with in-table charging ports and power, and ergonomic signature conference chairs. Catering packages ranging from Bronze to Platinum are also available.
