About Conference Room 25

Conference Room 25 is a 20-person meeting space located in Midtown East, Manhattan. The windowed room offers Midtown views, integrated lounge seating, and a dedicated recharge area, making it suitable for presentations, trainings, and team sessions.

The space supports multiple layout configurations:

  • Theater seating up to 16
  • Boardroom setup for 12
  • Pod configuration for 10
  • Reception format for up to 20

Built-in technology and controls include:

  • Crestron app for full room control, including Zoom video and telephone conferencing via wall-mounted iPad
  • 55” Ultra HD 4K Smart LED TV
  • Built-in Logitech MeetUp 4K PTZ camera
  • 1GB WiFi and wired Ethernet connectivity
  • Conference tables with in-table charging ports and power
  • Ergonomic conference chairs

Conference Room 25 is available at $100 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Extended morning or evening access may be arranged with bookings of four hours or longer.

Catering packages are available, with options ranging from Bronze to Platinum. Furniture may be rearranged or removed upon request.

This Midtown East conference room provides flexible layouts, integrated AV control, and built-in connectivity for structured professional meetings.
