Chelsea Loft
The Loft is designed by a sculptor with truly unique elements and various shooting textures, including white brick wall, exposed brick wall, clean white wall, 100+ year old metal doors, full bathroom and kitchen with a floating concrete bar.
Retail Storefront + Art Gallery
A storefront for corporate and private events, photography, pop up retail and film screenings. Ground level is 2400 sq ft and the lower level is 1000 sq ft with a modern gallery finish. Features 20 ft retail facade and 16 ft ceilings.
Iconic White Event Space features 5000 square feet of open space with 20 foot ceilings and is designed to host inspirational event experiences. This is the perfect space for corporate conferences, production launches, pop up activations and more.
