Spanning 20’ x 40’ with 16-foot ceilings, the space features professional lighting and sound, beautiful wood flooring throughout, and seating for up to 75 guests with folding chairs.
Amenities include a large foyer with welcome desks, a dressing room with a private bathroom and shower, and a galley kitchen with a bar area—making it ideal for both single-use and recurring events.

$57/hr for rehearsals/workshops/meetings during the day
$86/hr for rehearsals/workshops/meetings on evenings or weekends
$400/hr for events, with a $57/hr setup/breakdown fee
