About Theater Rehearsal Space Brooklyn
Theater Rehearsal Space Brooklyn is a 3000 Sq foot Bushwick blank canvas industrial space with great creative energy. It's perfect for theatre, dance, film and TV production, photo shoots, rehearsals, seminars, award ceremonies, script reads, corporate off-sites, planning and strategy sessions, fashion shows, gallery-style dinner parties.
The walls are completely soundproofed. Our front of house is warm, natural, and inviting. The space comes set up with proscenium-style risers that are modular and can be configured in many ways to suit your needs. The 100 ft gallery wall is easily customizable and equipped with an easy-to-use hanging system and track lights.
There is plenty of power available from the walls and ceiling. In the back, there isa salon with a second stage for talk backs, presentations, comedy, craft services, a production pit, and shared space.
We have a private wheelchair-accessible bathroom as well as 2 more public bathrooms one floor up.
The wifi is blazing fast, we're steps from the Morgan L, there is parking both street and paid, easy commercial load in / out right in front of the unit and tons of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
PRODUCTION We have access to a multitude of standard photo and video production equipment. We can make the camera, grip, and lighting available at a fraction of the cost of rental and save you the pick-ups and drop-offs...it will be there when you arrive. We'll even build and pre-light based on your team's specs.
DANCE, THEATRE REHEARSAL The space comes with 4 (Aputure 150c) app controllable RGB Fresnels and floor-to-ceiling blacks. Let us know how to configure the space. If you need mirrors we can rent those for you.

- Outside food is welcome, though cooking on-site is not allowed
- BYO alcohol is allowed with applicable corkage fee
- $100 (permission to use alcohol)
- Event End Times must be strictly followed - Noise should fall within acceptable residential levels
- All guests and equipment must remain on the premises.
- Timely set-up and clean-up must be adhered to

General Rules
– All ages are allowed in the space
– Glitter confetti or smoking are not allowed; a $250 fine
– All trash must be placed in bags at the end of the event. We only accept TWO bags of trash; any more is $20 per bag
– Overtime is time and a half (non-negotiable)
– There is a $75 fee for rescheduling within 5 days of your booking
– Please include set-up and clean-up time in your booking
– You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes early to start setting up, no earlier unless discussed and approved in writing previous to the rental
– Outside vendors are not allowed to set up without the host being present; a $250 fine
– No outside chairs or tables allowed in our space unless discussed and approved in writing previous to rental
– Decorations must be removed without any damage to walls or the ceiling; fines decided based on repair contractors’ estimate
– We must be compensated fully for any items that are broken or taken
