Welcome to a NYC Storefront in the trendy Lower East Side! It features 2000 sq ft of renovated space 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen,
HVAC AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects.
Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Sony Music, Atlantic Records Unilever Vans,
Project Runway and American Express among many others.
Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft.
Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles floating walls partially exposed bricks a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs.
Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose
sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, Epson 1080 projector, XGIMI 4100 lumens projector, laser/LED lights, folding tables / chairs and more. All these items are
FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course you may bring your own equipment art and furniture.
