General Rules
• No smoking
• No adult filming
• No alcohol (selling)
• No loud noises
• No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls or fine wood. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
• No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site.
• No open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
• Pets allowed (must present a Rabies certificate upon arrival)
• You are allowed to use the kitchen to get coffee, tea, and water.
• If you have catering in the meeting rooms, we will charge a cleaning fee.
