Combining the flexibility of a white box space with the warmth of authentic historic details, this 5,000 sq. ft column free street level studio with 25' ft. ceilings and additional 1200 sq. ft. mezzanine spaces, is an inspirational space for striking events such as product launches, brand activations, fashion presentations, marketing experiences and cocktails.

Historic Architecture

Completed in 1936, this space was built as garage for warehousing with red brick and massive doors, which have since been replaced by a long stretch of green metal paneled façade.
