About Event Studio

Located blocks from Union Square Park, this elegant 2,500 sq. ft. daylight studio boasts maple floors and 13-foot ceilings, 6 east-facing windows (2 floor to ceiling) and rolling barn doors opening into a beautiful kitchen. Behind the rolling barn door is a small office area that is in between the vestibule and the kitchen.

The space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties and elegant weddings, fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations.

We are a live-work building so we can’t allow loud or live music events. All events must end at midnight.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.

50% non refundable deposit due upon booking. Cancellations up to 45 days from date of rental will allow for remaining balance to be voided”.
