Landmark Building: Carriage House With Rooftop is located in a historic corner building featuring iconic architecture dating back to 1871, adding an air of prestige and exclusivity to any event. The ornate entrances and grand central carriage door give this space a timeless appeal.
Versatile Layout: Our 2,000-square-foot venue spans three distinct levels:
Ground Floor – Perfect for galleries, art pop-ups, fashion shows, or intimate corporate events.
Lower Floor – Ideal for entertainment setups, bar areas, or a unique speakeasy-style experience with vintage charm.
Rooftop Terrace – A stunning space for cocktail parties, weddings, and social gatherings with breathtaking panoramic city views. Live music is allowed until 11:30 pm on the rooftop, ensuring your guests enjoy an unforgettable evening.
Exclusive Accommodations: Five luxurious hotel rooms are available on the second floor, each featuring private en suite bathrooms, providing a convenient overnight stay for hosts or guests.
The venue also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring seamless event catering.
To maximize the potential of your event, we recommend utilizing all three levels, allowing guests to move seamlessly between the elegant ground floor, the cozy lower floor with entertainment areas, and the rooftop for stunning views and unforgettable moments. For a comfortable and intimate experience, we suggest hosting up to 50 guests for exclusive events, and up to 100 guests for larger parties.
The dedicated event space is approx. 2000 sq ft - including main floor, basement, and rooftop access. In total, the usable space exceeds 4,000 sq ft, including hotel rooms.
