Meeting Room Nyc offers a versatile meeting and events area with nearby lounge and recharge spaces. Custom tailored to your event needs, the room can accommodate up to 64 people in a theater setting, 40 in classroom style, 32 in pods, 28 in a boardroom layout, and 80 for a reception.

The space features the Crestron app for total meeting room control, including Zoom Room and telephone conferencing, accessible via a wall-mounted iPad. Dual 75″ Ultra HD 4K Smart LED TVs and in-ceiling speakers provide flexible orientations for presentations and branding.

The room is equipped with HD video conferencing, two Aver USB PTZ cameras with 12x optical zoom, advanced audio control with array ceiling microphones, and a handheld wireless microphone upon request. Additional amenities include lecterns, mobile glassboards, modern sustainable laminate conference tables with in-table charging ports and power, ergonomic signature conference chairs, and 1GB WiFi & wired Ethernet connectivity. Catering packages ranging from Bronze to Platinum are also available.
