About Meeting Space NYC

Meeting Space NYC is a 3,200 square foot industrial loft venue located in Midtown Manhattan, in the heart of the Garment district on 38th Street and 8th Avenue only two blocks from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and 4 blocks from Penn Station. 

Designed with clean lines, exposed beams, high ceilings, and large windows with both northern and southern exposure, the space offers strong natural light stunning NYC views and a flexible layout suitable for large professional gatherings and productions. Available per week, day, half day for photo and film productions.

We can provide up to 100 chairs in theater style and we have up to (12) large heavy duty tables. We can fit up to 60 people on chairs and tables or we can offer the studio empty as well if needed. Also included is a large TV, a projector and screen, ultra fast wifi service, white board, flip chart, a professional sound system and a (4) mic system if you need it.

We can also provide, flip chart paper pads, photo lighting equipment, a set of 6 adjustable party wall washer lights, seamless backdrop paper and up to 13 clothing racks for additional fees.

With a maximum capacity of 175 guests, this Midtown meeting space is commonly used for corporate presentations, large workshops, seminars, showrooms, private events, and production shoots. The open floor plan allows for multiple configuration styles depending on event needs.

Supported setup formats include:

  • Theater style up to 150 people
  • Group tables up to 150 people
  • Party setup up to 125 people
  • U-shape configuration up to 90 people
  • Classroom setup for up to 80 people

 

Furniture can be rearranged or removed as needed. Additional breakout capacity is available by adding the two adjacent conference rooms to your rental:

  • Studio A (20 People, 450 SF, $ from $80/hr)
  • Studio B  (10 People, 220 SF, $ from $60/hr),

 

The space includes built-in professional infrastructure such as high-speed WiFi, 4K projector, 100” TV monitor, poly video conferencing system, multi-mic system, pro sound system, whiteboard, flip chart, podium, kitchenette, private restrooms, and coffee and water stations.

Located in Midtown Manhattan, Meeting Space NYC offers convenient access to major transportation hubs, offices, and hospitality options, making it a practical choice for both local teams and out-of-town attendees.

Studio facts:

• Multiple meeting and shooting areas with 11.5 ft ceilings • The studio has about 2,400 sq. ft usable space

• Projector & screen, sound system, and fast wifi internet, TV, white board, flip chart, mic system

• Kitchen with refrigerator, water cooler, and coffee maker; private bathrooms within the studio and two more bathrooms outside the space in the hallway

• Ultra wide 144" backdrop system with white , gray , black paper ($45 per 10' sheet), 2 large V-flat, 3 C-Stands included

• Photo-equipment rentals are also available for $150, please see equipment list below, however please communicate to us what you need 3 days before your rental because not all equipment is stored at the studio.

There is time limited street parking and several parking garages near our studio. There are Parking Lots on the block, weekend and evening free street parking available.

Outside catering is allowed and there are many coffee shops, catering services and restaurants in our area.

  • Delivery receiving service with overnight storage ($250.00 flat fee). Our attendant will be on site to accept your deliveries for an up to 4 hour delivery window and store them until your arrival. Items will be moved to your suite at the start of your event. Any additional waiting time for deliveries cost $50/hr
  • Round 30″ cocktail table, 42″ hight ($25.00 /item)
  • Doorman security desk after 10:00pm ($50.00 /hr). This is a mandatory requirement by the building ownership after 10pm until the event is concluded and attendees left.
  • Parties set-up/clean-up $195.00 flat fee. Room setting, cleaning for parties and also if renter doesn’t want to collect all the trash at the end of the event.

Party Guidelines:

Trash bags are provided, and we ask that renters dispose of all liquids in the sink and gather all trash at the end of the event. Please leave filled trash bags just inside the studio door. To maintain the quality of our space, confetti and glitter are not allowed; a $250 cleaning fee will be applied if used. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. For private parties involving alcohol, the renter and most of their guests must be at least 25 years old.

Are your bookable hours flexible?
