About Cooking Studio
Cooking Studio is 2500 sqft airy, skylit studio expands in an open railroad apartment layout style, with pinewood floor, shoot-ready setups on each end, and the star kitchen in the middle.
White brick walls with red undertones balance out the natural light coming in from two skylights at each end of the layout and contribute to the lofty, industrial look of this space originally built in 1931.
The Kitchen
The white minimalist kitchen with Corian® surface provides the perfect backdrop with zero background noise, allowing the food, talent or content to shine for themselves. The kitchen island is packed with hidden storage, counts with expresso machine, dishwasher, washer & dryer, mixer, etc. and is placed right in front of three huge windows for best natural light.
Living Space & Office Space
Extremely versatile, Adria also counts with a living/lounge setup and a workspace setup, lit by two skylights.
Events & Meetings
The strategic location, free street parking along with the space’s wheeled versatility + tech amenities make Adria also perfect for events and meetings.

Occasionally, other fees may apply depending on your needs, such as a special trash pick-up fee, early delivery fee, late pick-up fee, freight fees outside business hours, additional site visit fees, art removal fee, furniture moving fee (for special pieces), etc.
All additional fees will be discussed with you as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the booking start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the booking start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the booking start time are not refundable.
