About the Space

River Patio is our largest open-air deck area and can be easily tented. It is adjacent to the Marina, making it a spectacular place for watching the sailboats go by. It accommodates 200 guests, which can be extended to 400 with a permit.

River Patio can be rented with Covered Outdoor Space, Event Hall on The River, Tree Deck, Bar on The Hudson River and River Deck.

In season (May- November) Weekday (Mon- Thurs)
9am to 2pm – $2k/hr

2pm to 12am – $2.5k/hr

In season (May- November) Weekend (Fri- Sun)
9am to 2pm – $2.5k/hr

2pm to 12 am – $5k/hr

Off Season Weekday (Mon-Thurs)
9am to 2pm – $1k/hr

2pm to 12 am – $1250/hr
